PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently and reliably inoculating a plant seedling with a vaccine for preventing disease, and an apparatus therefor.SOLUTION: In an apparatus for preventing the leaves of a seedling from hanging down and the seedling from toppling over, a support means for the leaves of a seedling is formed by inserting a plurality of support rods under either a cell tray contained in a casing or a pot seedling, and after the leaves of the seedling and the support means are brought close together, a net is suspended from above to surround the seedling.
