(A) N-acyl glutamic acid represented by the following general formula (1) and/or a salt thereof. Formula (1), where R1 represents an alkyl group having 7 to 23 carbon atoms, Mand Mare a hydrogen atom, a metal atom such as alkali metal and alkali earth metal, organic or inorganic ammonium, basic amino acid or choline, and Mand Mmay be same or different. (B) fatty acid amide propyl betaine and/or alkyl betaine. (C) a nonionic surfactant.
