The present invention relates to a hydrocolloid dressing band that is attached to an injured skin part, generates a potential difference in the damaged skin tissue, and restores it. The present invention includes hydrocolloid maintaining a spatial shape and capable of absorbing moisture and discharge from an injury on the skin and an adhesive surface that can be attached to the skin. With the hydrocolloid distributed in the adhesive surface, the present invention also includes an adhesive layer allowing the hydrocolloid to adhere to the skin and an oxidation metal for inducing an oxidation reaction with the moisture and discharge absorbed by the hydrocolloid. According to the present invention, the metabolism of cells moved as a result of continuous electrical stimulation increases, and then a positive effect can be achieved on the restoration of damaged skin tissues.
