Disclosed is a method for germinating cultured embryos using anodic electrolyzed water. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: (a) obtaining anodic electrolyzed water by electrolyzing water； (b) immersing embryos obtained through tissue culture into the anodic electrolyzed water for 30 minutes； (c) vertically positioning the washed embryos on a nursery to be completely exposed to air, and spraying the anodic electrolyzed water toward the embryos； and (d) vertically positioning the embryos on the nursery after immersing the same into the anodic electrolyzed water for 30 minutes and sterilizing the same in one week cycle.산성 전리수를 이용한 조직배양 싹의 발아방법이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명은, (a) 물을 전기분해하여 산성 전리수를 얻는 단계； (b) 조직배양을 통하여 얻은 싹을 산성전리수에 30분동안 침지하는 단계； (c) 세척이 완료된 싹을 공기중에 완전히 노출한 상태로 묘판 상에 수직이 되도록 위치시켜 산성전리수를 분사하는 단계； 및 (d) 1주일을 주기로 싹들을 산성 전리수에 30분동안 침지하여 소독한 뒤 묘판 상에 수직이 되도록 위치시키는 단계；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
