The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing health tea using black garlic and apple, which smoothly reinforces human body metabolism and immunity by having effects of fatigue relief, vigor reinforcement, immunity strengthening, digestive functional improvement, and antioxidation. Koreans and foreigners can enjoy the health tea without resistance by removing unique flavor of black garlic using glucose and organic acid of apple, and making it easy to drink by adding a sweet taste and a sour taste. The method for producing health tea using black garlic and apple according to the present invention comprises: a step (S100) of preparing garlic and apple; a black garlic production step (S200) of performing a freezing treatment on the garlic and defrosting the frozen garlic gradually to increase the content of S-allylcysteine in a whole bulb of garlic which is not peeled, putting the defrosted whole bulb of garlic into a steamer to steam the defrosted whole bulb of garlic until the garlic bulb becomes transparent, putting the steamed garlic into a heat insulating container to pre-age the garlic, drying the pre-aged garlic, and putting the dried garlic into the heat insulating container to post-age the garlic; an apple and black garlic drying step (S300) of drying the apple and the black garlic; an apple and black garlic powdering step (S400) of powdering each of the dried apple and the dried black garlic; a black garlic and apple powder mixture forming step (S500) of mixing the powdered apple and the powdered black garlic to form a black garlic and apple powder mixture; and a step (S600) of granulating the powder mixture.본 발명은 사과가 갖는 포도당 및 유기산으로 인해 흑마늘이 갖는 고유한 향을 제거시키고, 단맛 및 신맛을 부가하여 마시기 용이한 건강차로 내국인 및 외국인이 거부감없이 즐기므로 이로 인해 피로해소, 정력증강, 면역력가화 소화기능향상 및 항산화효과를 가져서 인체 신진대사 및 면역력강화를 원할하도록한 흑마늘 및 사과를 이용한 건강차의 제조방법은;마늘과 사과를 준비하는 단계(S100)와; 상기 마늘은 껍질을 탈피하지 않은 통마늘에 에스-아릴시스테인(S-allylcysteine)의 함유량을 높이기위해 냉동처리하여 완만하게 해동시키고, 해동된 통마늘을 찜통기에 넣고 마늘알이 투명하게 익
