To provide a photodegradation inhibiter of coenzyme Q10 which is excellent in stability with the passage of time for light even under non-light shielding condition such as a PET container, in spite of light shielding or non-light shielding condition and to provide an oral composition.
SOLUTION: The photodegradation inhibiter of coenzyme Q10 contains carotenoid and ascorbic acid (wherein, a coenzyme Q10-containing nutritive composition and which contains beta carotene of 1-100 pts.wt and L-ascorbic acid of 10-1,000 pts.wt to coenzyme Q10 of 100 pts.wt., is excepted). Then and the oral composition of the same inhibiter is provided.
