The method includes: obtaining a user model including a transition in biological value within a period from a start time to an end time of a program being viewed by the user； obtaining a first biological value of the user viewing the program； and controlling the relaxation equipment such that the biological value of the user at the end time approximates a second biological value included in the user model, which is a value at the end time, based on the first biological value and the second biological value.
