The present invention provides an oral solid form pharmaceutical for the treatment of dysuria, which comprises, as an active ingredient, an indoline compound represented by the formula:prodrug, pharmaceutically acceptable salt or pharmaceutically acceptable solvate thereof, having an alpha 1-adrenoceptor blocking activity, wherein said pharmaceutical is prepared to have 85% dissolution time of not more than 60 minutes in a dissolution test according to method 2 (paddle method ) of Japanese pharmacopoeia in a condition using water.本發明提供一種排尿障礙治療用之口服用固型藥劑，其特徵為含有以下式表示之具有α1-腎上腺素接受體阻斷作用之吲哚啉化合物、其前驅藥、或此等之藥理學上容許之鹽或此等之藥理學上容許之溶劑合物，且其係調製為依日本藥典溶離試驗法第2法(漿式攪拌法，Paddle法)在水中進行溶離試驗時，85%溶離時間為60分鐘以內。
