PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently control discharge and supply of a part of hot water and to prevent unnecessary discharge of the hot water without switching between discharge and supply of the hot water.SOLUTION: An opening part 5 and a door for opening and closing the opening part are provided on the side part 3 of the bathtub 2. A drainage control device 17 is provided with a water level sensor 18 for detecting the water level of the hot water in the bathtub, a partial drainage switch 25 for discharging the hot water exceeding the water level lower than the opening part, and a hot water filling switch 23 for supplying the hot water into the bathtub. In a control means 26, a water level determination means determines whether the water level detected by the water level sensor 18 is higher than the opening part 5, and a draining cylinder 20 discharges the hot water until the water level becomes lower than the opening part by an operation means when the water level is higher than the opening part. Further, the hot water filling switch 23 is input to prevent drainage and raise the door by a water supply and discharge control means regardless of the level of the hot water.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】一部の湯の排出と供給を効率よく制御できて、湯の排出と供給との切り換え制御をしなくても無駄な排出を阻止する。【解決手段】浴槽2の側部3に開口部5と開口部を開閉可能な扉を設けた。排水制御装置17は、浴槽内の湯の水位を検知する水位センサー18と、開口部以下の水位を超える湯を排出する一部排水スイッチ25と、浴槽内に湯を供給する湯張りスイッチ23を設けた。制御手段26では、水位センサー18で検知した水位が開口部5より高いか否かを水位判別手段で判別し、水位が開口部以下より高い場合に作動手段により開口部以下の水位になるまで排水シリンダ20により湯を排出させる。更に、湯張りスイッチ23の入力により、湯の水位に関わらず給排水制御手段で排水を阻止すると共に扉を上昇させた。【選択図】図2
