A new and distinct cultivar of hibiscus plant named ‘DUP-DJL’, characterized by glossy, dark green leaves, upright growth, and a large flower characterized by a very large dark red eye which extends nearly half of the petal length, the eye sharply margined with a deep pink zone which grades with peach steadily toward the petal edge, which can be entirely peach, with coral toned intermediates present in the body. Warm weather blooms usually bear a sprinkling of cream to white spots at the petal edge.
