The pharmaceutical composition comprising: homogenous formulation wherein, i) One or more antibacterial agents like ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and/ or any other active pharmaceutical agent ii) Poloxamer excipients like Poloxamer 407 or any other type of excipient or combination of excipients having amount effective to produce a temperature-dependant gelation iii) One or more mucoadhesive agents like Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose iv) Proteolytic enzyme like Serratiopeptidase v) Water or any suitable aqueous solvent vi) One or more surfactant vii) One or more preservative Like Methyl Paraben,: Propyl Paraben (0.2%:0.02%) Or Bronidiol or Benzyl alcohol NF (for Parenterals) will be useful.
