The present invention discloses a shoulder heating pad using hot water. A shoulder heating pad according to the present invention comprises: a pad unit formed so as to wrap shoulders based on back； a hot water hose arranged in a zigzag pattern in the pad unit and having an inlet and an outlet； and a hot water boiler connected to the inlet and the outlet of the hot water hose and circulating heated hot water. The hot water hose is arranged to deliver relatively higher heat than other regions to a shoulder joint region of a pad unit corresponding to the joint regions of both shoulders of a user who wears the pad unit.본 발명은 온수를 이용한 어깨 온열 패드를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 어깨 온열 패드는, 등을 기준으로 어깨를 감쌀 수 있는 형태로 형성된 패드부； 상기 패드부 내부에 지그재그로 배열되며, 유입구와 유출구가 구비된 온수 호스； 및 상기 온수 호스의 유입구와 유출구에 연결되어 가열된 온수를 순환시키는 온수 보일러；를 포함하되, 상기 온수 호스는 상기 패드부를 착용한 사용자의 양쪽 어깨 관절 부위에 대응되는 패드부의 어깨 관절 영역에 다른 영역보다 상대적으로 높은 온열의 전달이 가능하도록 배열된 것을 특징으로 한다.
