The present utility model relates in general to ready to eat complete dish which undergoes thermal treatment, the dish comprising 5.8 pcnt partially wilted taro leaves, 2.0 pcnt partially wilted taro stalks, 15.0 pcnt shrimp paste , 0.2 pcnt garlic, 1.0 pcnt ginger, 0.5 pcnt salt, 1.0 pcnt chili (pepper) and 74.5 pcnt pre-heated- coconut cream. A process of preparing thereof is also disclosed.
