FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural agrochemical preparations. Method of producing a modified powdered preparation for further treatment of plants comprises complex of 1-methylcyclopropene with α-cyclodextrin and a substance which slows release of 1-methylcyclopropene from aqueous solutions or suspensions, introduced into the powdered formulation after completion of sorption of 1-methylcyclopropene with α-cyclodextrin. Paraffins, higher fatty acids or their lithium, sodium, calcium or potassium salts or any mixtures of said substances are used as a substance which slows release of 1-methylcyclopropene. Process of introducing said substance into the formulation is carried out by contacting aqueous or organic solutions or suspensions of said substance with complex of 1-methylcyclopropene with α-cyclodextrin in weight ratio of complex 1-methylcyclopropene with α-cyclodextrin: substance which slows release of 1-methylcyclopropene, equal to 1:(0.001–10), with intense constant stirring with simultaneous distillation of solvent at temperature 30–100 °C for 0.5–5 hours.EFFECT: method of producing a modified powdered preparation for further treatment of plants containing complex of 1-methylcyclopropene with α-cyclodextrin enables to increase the stability of the preparation in aqueous solutions and suspensions from 0,5 to 3,5 h, as well as increase efficiency of treatment of plants.1 cl, 1 tbl, 3 exИзобретение относится к сельскохозяйственным агрохимическим препаратам.
