PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a denture base or a denture in which a denture preparation step is simplified and can be adapted to many patients.SOLUTION: A denture is prepared by using an upper jaw standard denture base 100 and a lower jaw standard denture base 200. The upper jaw standard denture base is configured such that a length of a line segment OM for connecting a point O corresponding to an upper lip frenulum equivalent to the midline of a labial denture border with a midpoint M of a line segment PQ is 0.76-1.14, when the length of the line segment PQ for connecting a point P corresponding to a left pterygoid upper jaw notch of a posterior border with a point Q corresponding to a right pterygoid upper jaw notch thereof is assumed as 1.
