PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purification apparatus capable of easily and accurately managing an access to a shunt or the like of a patient and acquiring an access abnormality in an early stage.
SOLUTION: This blood purification apparatus includes: a blood circuit 1 consisting of an arterial blood circuit 1a and a venous blood circuit 1b for extracorporeally circulating the patients blood a blood pump 3 disposed in the arterial blood circuit 1a a dialyzer 2 for purifying the blood flowing in the blood circuit 1 a first detection means 5a and a second detection means 5b for detecting the flowing recirculation blood, or the blood returned from the venous blood circuit 1b to the patient and guided to the arterial blood circuit 1a again a computing means 11 finding a recirculation rate from the detected recirculation blood a storage means 12 storing the recirculation rate for every treatment found by the computing means 11 and a display means 13 displaying the stored recirculation rate for every treatment in time series.
