PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure measuring device with a sound detection function that records blood pressure information measured in a blood pressure measuring period and a biological sound generated by a sleeping person to be measured in the blood pressure measuring period by associating them with time, and a blood pressure measuring method.SOLUTION: A blood pressure measuring device 1 measures blood pressure of a person to be measured by a blood pressure measuring part, and detects a biological sound that the person to be measured generates, by a sound detection part when blood pressure is measured. The detected biological sound and the measured blood pressure are associated with time information and recorded. A blood pressure measuring result is indicated in a time-series manner, and presence or absence of a biological sound such as a snore is checked so as to specify a factor of an increase in a measured blood pressure value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】血圧測定期間に測定された血圧情報と、その血圧測定期間に睡眠中の被測定者が発する生体音とを時間で関連づけて記録する音検出機能付き血圧測定装置及び血圧測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】血圧測定装置１は、血圧測定部により被測定者の血圧を測定し、血圧測定時に、音検出部により被測定者が発する生体音を検出する。検出した生体音と測定した血圧とが時間情報に関係付けられて記録され、時系列的に血圧測定結果を示すと共に、いびき等の生体音の有無を確認することで、測定された血圧値が高くなった要因を特定する。【選択図】図１
