A remote ultrasonic system includes a remote device and a proximal device. The proximal device includes a processing unit, an ultrasonic scanner, a projection unit, and an image capturing unit for capturing an image toward a predetermined space. The processing unit is connected to the remote device in a wired or wireless manner and transmits the image to the remote device. The remote device sets a positioning mark according to the image and transmits the positioning mark back to the processing unit. The ultrasonic scanner includes an ultrasonic probe and is operated in the predetermined space. The projection unit is used for projecting the positioning mark to the predetermined space.
