The invention relates to an apparatus and a process for balancing and stimulating the healing of organs and physiological systems, as well as for improving the body well-being. According to the invention, the apparatus is built based on a function generator (19), driven by a quartz oscillator (24), which generates sinusoidal- or rectangular-shaped signals of a desired frequency, the function generator (19) being controlled by a micro controller (6) having implemented a software which comprises programs consisting of signal frequencies and periods of application at the level of a patients wrists, by means of some bracelets (27), micro controller (6) which also controls some circuits (20) for formatting or amplifying the signals and some circuits (21) for adjusting the offset, for the sinusoidal regime amplifying circuits, a circuit (22) for monitoring the output voltage and some circuits (25) for measuring the output current. The apparatus is supplied with electric energy from a secondary battery (3), coupled, by means of a charging circuit (4), to a charger (1) and it is provided with a circuit (26) for protection against electrostatic discharges and high output voltages, as well as with an interface with the operator, consisting of a display (10), a keyboard (15) and a bell (18).
