PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tool which enables a function part to be sufficiently displaced even at a small bending angle by employing a structure capable of securing a large dimension in a longitudinal direction of a shape-memory part even without special enlargement of a length dimension of the whole tool.SOLUTION: A medical tool includes: a rod-shaped grip part 1 disposed at a base end a function part 3 for use in a medical act, which is disposed at a tip and a shape-memory part 2 made of a rod-shaped shape-memory alloy and disposed between the grip part 1 and the function part 3. The grip part 1 is provided with a holding part 1A having a space into which one end of the shape-memory part 2 is inserted from a longitudinal direction. A gap is provided between an outer surface of the shape-memory part 2 and an inner surface of the holding part 1A. When the shape-memory part 2 is bent, the shape-memory part 2 can be deformed within a range of the gap. The banding makes the outer surface of the shape-memory part 2 abut on an inner edge of an opening of the holding part 1A. Thus, the deformation of the shape-memory part 2 beyond a predetermined range can be regulated.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】器具全体の長さ寸法を特別に大きくせずとも、形状記憶部の長手方向で大きな寸法を確保することができる構造とすることで、小さな折り曲げ角度でも機能部を充分に変位させることが可能な医療用器具を提供する。【解決手段】基端に棒状の把持部1、先端に医療行為に用いられる機能部3、把持部1と機能部3の間に設けられる棒状の形状記憶合金からなる形状記憶部2を備える医療用器具であって、把持部1には形状記憶部2の一端が長手方向から挿入される空間を有する保持部1Aを設けている。形状記憶部2の外面と保持部1Aの内面の間には間隙を有して、形状記憶部2を折り曲げる際、この間隙の範囲内で形状記憶部2は変形することができる。そして、折り曲げにより、形状記憶部2の外面が保持部1Aの開口の内縁部と当接することで、形状記憶部2が所定範囲を超えて変形するのが規制できる。【選択図】図1
