PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bite block that can be worn easily and stably.SOLUTION: A bite block 100 comprises a rod-shaped bite block body 101, one end of which has cover bodies 103 between upper and lower teeth and the other end of which has an outer flange body 107. The bite block body 101 is disposed between upper and lower front teeth in the mouth of a wearer with a length extending inside and outside the mouth, and has a groove-shaped through-groove part 102 formed in an upper teeth receiving part 101a. The cover bodies 103 between upper and lower teeth are formed in the shape of plates extending respectively from left and right portions in the one end of the bite block body 101.
