The present invention relates to a smart wheelchair which is controlled by a more intuitive and simple motion without force in the wrist of a user, which safely goes down a downhill road without an accident, and which also settles the issue of disappearance of the user. That is, the present invention uses a leap motion function for the smart wheelchair to recognize the hands of the user to control the brake and the direction of the wheelchair. In addition, the present invention displays the speed and the remaining power of the battery on a display to help the user deal with a current situation more smoothly. In addition, the present invention installs a global positioning system (GPS) on the wheelchair itself to frequently receive location information of the smart wheelchair. Therefore, the present invention can promote user convenience with the leap motion function, help rapid situation determination with a display screen, and make a guardian feel relieved by tracking the location of the user with a GPS. The smart wheelchair of the present invention comprises: an embedded board a display monitor and a GPS.손목에 힘을 들이지 않고 더욱 직관적이고 간단한 동작으로 휠체어를 제어하려 하고, 내리막길을 갈 때 사고 없이 안전하게 갈 수 있도록 할 것이고, 추가로 이용자 실종 문제까지 해결할 수 있도록 한 것이다.즉, 본 고안은 스마트 휠체어에 있어 립모션 기능을 사용함으로써 사용자의 손인식을 인식해 거기에 브레이크와 방향 조절 등의 기능으로 휠체어를 움직일 것이다. 그리고 속도의 상태와 배터리 잔류량을 디스플레이에 표시함으로써 현 상황에 대한 대처를 보다 원활히 판단토록 도울 것이다. 추가로 기기 자체에 GPS를 장치해둠으로써 기기의 위치를 수시로 수신하도록 구성할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 립모션의 기능으로 사용자의 조작 편의를, 디스플레이 화면으로 빠른 상황 판단을 마지막으로 GPS로 사용자의 위치를 알림으로써 보호자의 안심을 유도할 수 있도록 한다.
