The present invention has developed an ointment having an antibacterial activity based on an excellent pre-existing Vaseline-based dust-adsorbing ointment, and provides a fine dust-adsorbing antibacterial ointment containing an antibacterial material capable of preventing various diseases by inhibiting the propagation of bacteria causing purulent diseases such as skin suppuration, otitis media, and bladder infection as well as bacteria causing food poisoning, and a preparation method of the same.
