The present invention relates to a mixed grain beverage composition and a method for preparing the same, and more specifically, to a mixed grain beverage composition which is excellent in taste, throat swallowing properties, and drinkability of flavor and others differently from beverages using existing grain powders and has improved palatability, dispersibility, and precipitation stability by mixing whole grain including all of bran, embryo and endosperm, a sweetener, a stabilizer, an emulsifier, and others with a nut paste steamed by performing a jet milling process, thereby preparing a mixed grain beverage composition, and which is excellent in storage stability by performing a sterilizing treatment process at the same time, and a method for preparing the mixed grain beverage composition.
