The invention concerns N, N-disubstituted derivatives of 9- (2-oxacycloalkyl) -9H-purine-2,6-diamine of formula I, and their use as medicaments and cosmetics. The compounds of the invention report a variety of biological activities related to inhibiting oxidative stress, particularly against aging, anti-inflammatory, and neuro-degenearation.
