The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition or a health functional food composition comprising, as an active ingredient, any one selected from a group consisting of a compound expressed by Chemical Formula 1, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound expressed by Chemical Formula 1, a compound expressed by Chemical Formula 2, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound expressed by Chemical Formula 2 for preventing or treating granular cell tumor of ovary. By comprising any one selected from a group consisting of a compound expressed by Chemical Formula 1, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound expressed by Chemical Formula 1, a compound expressed by Chemical Formula 2, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the compound expressed by Chemical Formula 2 as an active ingredient, the composition of the present invention inhibits Glycogen synthase kinase 3-beta (GSK3beta) to thereby have an effect of inhibiting phosphorylation of serine, which is a 33rd amino acid of forkhead box L2 (FOXL2) protein. Therefore, the composition of the present invention can be useful as a composition for preventing or treating granular cell tumor of ovary. In addition, it is expected that the composition of the present invention can be useful as a health functional food composition.본 발명은 화학식 1로 기재되는 화합물, 상기 화학식 1로 기재되는 화합물의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 화학식 2로 기재되는 화합물, 및 상기 화학식 2로 기재되는 화합물의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 유효성분으로 포함하는 난소과립세포종양의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 또는 건강기능식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 화학식 1로 기재되는 화합물, 상기 화학식 1로 기재되는 화합물의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 하기의 화학식 2로 기재되는 화합물, 및 상기 화학식 2로 기재되는 화합물의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 유효성분으로 포함함으로써, 글리코겐 신타아제 키나아제-3베타(Glycogen synthase kinase 3-beta； GSK3beta)를 억제하고, 이로 인해, FOXL2(forkhead box L2) 단백질의 33번째 아미노산인 세린(serine)의 인산화를 억제하는 효과를 가져 난소과립세포종양의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 이에 더하여 건강기능식품 조성물로도 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
