The present invention relates to a fishing bait thrower. The fishing bait thrower of the present invention comprises: a bag (100) packed with bait； a spatula (200) capable of scooping and holding the bait in the bag (100)； a connection bar (400) connected and fixed to one side of the spatula (200)； and a handle (500) provided at the other end of the connection bar (400). Inside the connecting bar (400), a center-of-gravity conversion means (300) is provided, which can be always kept upright since the connection bar (400) is supported on an inner wall when stored in a storage space (110) of the bag (100), and which can increase the acceleration force by the movement of the center of gravity when throwing the bait.
