This invention provides a urine volume measuring device that is highly mobile and can be easily operated by a patient or a user other than the patient. The urine volume measuring device of the present invention measures the urine storage volume in the bladder by measuring the urine storage volume at a plurality of positions of the abdomen near the subject's bladder, which includes: a probe head having a plurality of charnels, and sending an ultrasonic wave and receiving an ultrasonic echo in each channel of the plurality of channels； a measuring unit for calculating the urine storage amount based on the ultrasonic echo received by each of the plurality of channels of the probe head, and measuring the channel pattern that is the information of the channel receiving the ultrasonic echo； a maximum position specifying unit for specifying a combination of the urine storage volume and the channel pattern at a maximum position where the urine storage volume has reached the tentative maximum value based on the urine storage volume measured by the measurement unit； and a notification unit for performing notification for guidance based on the urine storage volume and channel pattern measured by the measurement unit as well as the urine storage volume and channel pattern specified by the maximum position specifying unit, such that the position of the urine volume measuring device becomes the aforementioned maximum position.本發明提供一種移動性高且患者本身或患者以外的使用者能夠容易地操作的尿量測定器。本發明的尿量測定器係藉由在受測者的膀胱附近的腹部的複數個位置測定蓄尿量而測定膀胱內的蓄尿量者，具備：探測頭，係具有複數個通道，並於該複數個通道的各個通道中發送超音波並且接收超音波回聲；測定部，係根據前述探測頭的前述複數個通道的各個通道中所接收的超音波回聲來算出蓄尿量，並且測定屬於進行了接收的通道的資訊的通道型樣；最大值位置具體辨識部，係根據前述測定部所測定的蓄尿量來具體辨識蓄尿量成為暫定最大值的位置亦即最大值位置的蓄尿量與通道型樣的組合；以及通知部，係根據前述測定部所測定的蓄尿量與通道型樣、以及在最大值位置具體辨識部所具體辨識的前述最大值位置的蓄尿量與通道型樣，進行用以導引的通知，以使前述尿量測定器的位置成為前述最大值位置。
