The present invention relates to a composition for skin regeneration containing essential oil extracted from a flower of Pueraria thunbergiana and, more specifically, to a medicine, a cosmetic and/or an external dermal agent composition which contains Pueraria thunbergiana flower essential oil extracted from a flower of Pueraria thunbergiana as an active ingredient, can induce proliferation and/or migration of epidermis keratinocytes and has effects on skin elasticity improvement, regeneration and/or wound healing by inducing synthesis and/or secretion of type I and IV collagens.본 발명은 칡의 꽃으로부터 추출된 정유(精油)를 포함하는 피부 재생용 조성물에 대한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 칡(Pueraria thunbergiana BENTH)의 꽃(flower)으로부터 추출된 칡 꽃 정유(精油)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 피부 표피 각질형성세포의 증식 및/또는 이동을 유도할 수 있고, type I 및 IV 콜라젠의 합성 및/또는 분비를 유도함으로서, 피부의 탄력 증진, 재생 및/또는 상처치유 효과가 있는 의약품, 화장품, 및/또는 피부 외용제 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
