Disclosed herein are azetidin derivatives of formula (I), wherein the substituents are as defined within the specification, processes for its preparation, compositions comprising said compounds and uses thereof. Said compounds are useful for treating disorders relating to the modulation of the serotonin 5-HT6 receptor and are therefore useful in treating disorders such as diseases of the central nervous system, addiction diseases, obesity, cognitive dysfunctions associated with Alzheimers disease and schizophrenia.
