PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill guide instrument capable of reducing a workload of a doctor, by avoiding interference between screws, while allowing necessary angle displacement of a drill guide.SOLUTION: The drill guide instrument for guiding a drill 126 for perforating a bone when an implant member 10 is installed in a body, includes a plurality of guide holes 103 and 105 that penetrate from a first surface Sf1 to a second surface Sf2 of the drill guide instrument 100 at positions corresponding to holes 50 of the implant member 10 and allow insertion of a drill guide 120 in which a drill 126 is inserted.
