The present invention provide konjac as raw material to form wound dressing, otherwise, it also provide a method to form wound dressing, wherein the method at least includes steps of (a) processing konjac to be a konjac solution (b) adding alkali to the konjac solution to form a mixture, alkali is 0.01 to 0.1 times the weight of konjac and (c) processing the mixture to a wound dressing, it also could be added different drugs to this process according to different wounds.
