The present invention relates to a 12-channel ECG (Electrocardiography) electrode system in which inducing electrodes for detecting 12-chanel ECGs (standard 12 inducing ECGs) are divided to be mounted on two sheets and which includes a reference attachment part to be simply attached on the chest of a patient about the reference attachment part, so that the ECG electrodes are enabled to be attached rapidly and exactly to the locations of the inducing electrodes even in an emergency situation so that treatment may be performed rapidly and exactly in an emergency situation. A 12-channel ECG (Electrocardiography) electrode system according to the present invention includes inducing electrodes for detecting 12-chanel ECGs (standard 12 inducing ECGs) which are divided to be mounted on two base sheets so that a left electrode part mounted on the left chest and a right electrode part mounted on the right chest are formed. The left electrode part include a reference attachment part such that the reference attachment part is attached on the anticardium of an examinee and includes six chest inducing electrodes, that is, the first to sixth chest inducing electrodes (V1 to V6) which are placed at a middle part of the chest.본 발명은 12채널 심전도(표준 12유도 심전도) 검출을 위한 유도전극들이 2개의 시트 상에 나누어 장착되어 있으며, 기준 부착부를 구비하여, 응급상황에서도 환자의 흉부에 기준 부착부를 기준으로 간단히 부착함에 의해, 빠른 시간에 정확한 유도전극 위치에 심전도 전극을 부착 가능하여, 응급상황에 신속, 정확하게 대응할 수 있게 하는, 12채널 심전도 전극 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 12채널 심전도 전극 시스템은, 12유도 심전도 검출을 위한 유도전극들이 2개의 베이스 시트 상에 나누어 장착되어, 흉부의 좌측에 장착되는 좌전극부와 흉부의 우측에 장착되는 우전극부를 이루며, 좌전극부는 기준 부착부를 구비하여, 기준부착부가 피검자의 명치에 부착되도록 이루어지며, 좌전극부는 6개의 흉부유도전극인 제1흉부유도전극(V1) 내지 제6흉부유도전극(V6)을 흉부의 중간부에 위치하도록 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.
