The apparatus includes a gripable portion including a first actuator； And the transmission portion is coupled to the gripable portion. The delivery portion includes a retaining wall for retaining the staple in a resiliently deformed configuration within the delivery portion and a release hole for relieving the staple to apply a configuration disposed based on the shape memory. The delivery portion is configured to cause one end of each staple to protrude from the delivery portion in response to actuation of the first actuator.
