PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment planning device capable of giving treatment plan data depending on an irradiation object at the time of treatment, with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A treatment planning device comprises: a treatment plan data creation unit for creating, on the basis of planning time picture data obtained by imaging an irradiation object at the time of treatment planning, treatment plan data by calculating an irradiation parameter with a radiation at the time of treatment； and an irradiation field formation apparatus setting value adjustment unit for adjusting a setting value of an irradiation field formation apparatus included in the treatment plan data. The irradiation field formation apparatus setting value adjustment unit adjusts the setting value of the irradiation field formation apparatus included in the treatment plan data, on the basis of the treatment time picture data obtained by imaging the irradiation object at the time of treatment and the planning time picture data； and updates the treatment plan data using the setting value after the adjustment to output the treatment plan data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】単純な構成で、治療時の照射対象に応じた治療計画データを与えることができる治療計画装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】治療計画時に照射対象を撮像して得た計画時画像データに基づいて、治療時の放射線の照射パラメータを求めて治療計画データを作成する治療計画データ作成部と、治療計画データに含まれる、照射野形成機器の設定値を調整する照射野形成機器設定値調整部とを備え、照射野形成機器設定値調整部は、治療時に照射対象を撮像して得た治療時画像データと、計画時画像データとに基づいて、治療計画データに含まれる照射野形成機器の設定値を調整し、調整後の設定値により治療計画データを更新して治療計画データとして出力するようにした。【選択図】図１
