PURPOSE: A Chinese radish cutter including a straight sword type blade is provided to prevent the uneven cut condition and the generation of residues when cutting the Chinese radish with a conventional circular or saw type blade. CONSTITUTION: A Chinese radish cutter comprises the following: a main frame(1) including wheels or a fixing unit on the lower side； a conveyor belt(2) horizontally located on the upper side of the main frame for transferring Chinese radish by the rotation of a conveyor motor(3)； a guiding plate(4) installed on the conveyor belt； a holder attached to the guiding plate for supporting the radish； two vertical frames(6) vertically installed on both sides of the main frame； a horizontal plate(7) including a cam motor for rotating the conveyor motor and two cams(10), located in between the vertical frames； a cam shaft(8) penetrating the vertical frames； a blade supporter(11) attached to a second shaft and the vertical frames； and a straight sword type blade attached to the rear side of the blade supporter. 본 발명은 직도형 칼날이 부착된 무 절단기에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로하부에 바퀴 또는 고정 수단을 구비한 메인 프레임(1)과； 상기 메인 프레임의 상단에 수평으로 위치하여 컨베이어 모터(3)의 회전에 의하여 무를 이송시키는 켄베이어 벨트(2)와； 상기 컨베이어 벨트에 설치된 안내판(4)과； 상기 안내판 위에 부착되어 무를 지지하는 홀더(5)와； 상기 메인 프레임의 양 측면에 수직으로 설치되는 2개의 수직 프레임(6)과； 상기 2개의 수직 프레임 사이에 위치하여 컨베이어를 이송시키기 위한 컨베이어 모터(3)와 캠을 회전시키기 위한 캠모터(13)가 위치하는 수평 플레이트(7)와； 상기 수평 플레이트와 이격하여 수직 프레임을 관통하여 설치되는 캠샤프트(8)와； 상기 캠샤프트의 양 끝단에 부착된 풀리(9)와； 상기 캠샤프트와 하기의 제2샤프트(14) 사이에 부착되어 캠샤프트의 회전운동을 제2샤프트의 직선 왕복운동으로 변환시키는 2개의 캠(10)과； 상기 제2샤프트와 수직 프레임에 부착되는 칼날 지지대(11)와； 상기 칼날 지지대의 후단에 부착되는 도2에 도시된 형상의 직도형 칼날(12)； 로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명의 무 절단기는 기존의 절단기에 비해 칼날의 두께가 얇아서 야채를 균일한 크기로 신속하게 절단할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
