The implant has a bone anchoring base (1) comprising an anchoring stud (3), and a plate (4) secured to the stud. An articular part e.g. glenoid, is mounted on the plate. An anchoring screw (2) anchors the implant to a scapula and includes a head (2b). The stud forms a proximal cavity (5) emerging across the plate and includes an oblong side opening (6) delimited by edges. The head has a circular projection on its periphery, where the projection is forcibly inserted between the edges after completion of screwing to realize wedging of the screw for ensuring blocking of the screw in rotation.Cet implant comprend : -une embase (1) d'ancrage osseux, incluant un plot d'ancrage (3) et un plateau (4) solidaire de ce plot (3), - une pièce articulaire, en un matériau favorisant le glissement, notamment en polyéthylène à haute densité, destinée à être montée sur ce plateau (4), et - une vis (2) d'ancrage de l'implant à une omoplate, ayant un corps fileté (2a) et une tête (2b) ； Selon l'invention : - ledit plot (3) forme une cavité proximale (5) débouchant au travers dudit plateau (4) et comprend une ouverture latérale (6) traversant sa paroi, délimitée par des bords formés par des arêtes ； - la tête (2b) de la vis (2) présente au moins une saillie circulaire sur sa périphérie, apte à être insérée en force entre lesdits bords en fin de vissage et à réaliser ainsi un coincement de la vis (2) assurant le blocage de cette dernière en rotation.
