A clip for releasably retaining a conduit is provided. The clip includes afirst body portionextending generally along a first side of a plane and a second body portionextending generallyalong a second side of the plane. A hinge member extends along the plane andconnects thefirst and second body portions. A locking section releasably connects thefirst body portion andthe second body portion to define a passage for a conduit when the first andsecond bodyportions have been rotated about the hinge member into a closed position aboutthe conduit. Aflexible member having a first end connected to the first body portion and asecond endconnected to the second body portion is disposed in the passage to engage andtightly surroundand grip the conduit when the conduit is placed thereinto.
