PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling box-gathering machine as a single-purpose machine for gathering operation, capable of being readily and simply treated, and capable of being applied to diversification and generalization of the aftertreatment. SOLUTION: This seedling box-gathering machine has a rearward conveying structure 3 having a nearly grounded front end and arranged in a tilted state higher in the rear, a box-picking up structure 4 for taking up plural boxes N spread in front of the rearward conveying structure 3 on the ground in the right and left direction, an angle-changing structure for changing the tilting angle by lifting and lowering the rear part of the rearward conveying structure 3 between the rearward conveying structure 3 and a traveling vehicle 2, an aftertreatment structure 6 for carrying out the after treatment after rearward conveyence by placing the seedling box conveyed from the rearward conveying structure 3 in a nearly horizontal posture, installed in the rear side of the rearward conveying structure 3, in the traveling vehicle.
