A water circulation heating system applied to aquaculture takes an advantage of a thermal storage device capable of storing heat to proceed with a hating circulation to enable a thermal storage unit inside the thermal storage device to keep the heat gathered from the nature. Meanwhile, a heat pipe of the thermal storage device connects with an aquaculture device to lead aquaculture water of the aquaculture device into the heat pipe. The aquaculture water is heated by the thermal storage unit to proceed with the heat exchange. The heated water is further led back to the aquaculture device. Therefore, an adjustment of the aquaculture water temperature is improved effectively.
