An apparatus (22) for managing a gas delivery conduit (14) of a respiratory therapy includes a socket member (28) having a main body portion (32) and a first coupling portion (40). The main body portion is structured to receive and hold a portion of the gas delivery conduit in a manner such that the gas delivery conduit slides along the main body portion. Main body portion include an attachment member having clip member (46) and a second coupling portion (48). The socket member and the attachment member attach to one another through coupling of the first coupling portion and the second coupling portion. Lélément de manchon et lélément de fixation sont joints lun à lautre par accouplement de la première partie de raccord et de la seconde partie de raccord. Lélément de manchon et lélément de fixation peuvent tourner lun par rapport à lautre quand ledit élément de manchon et ledit élément de fixation sont joints ensemble.
