A device for closing a tissue comprises a closure device comprising a snare loop (100, 200) and a suture loop (104, 206) releasably coupled to the snare loop； and a tensioning device (3300) comprising a spring (3312, 3314) and a handle (3304). A tail (3328) of the suture (3322) loop is coupled to a distal end (3308, 3310) of the tensioning device and wherein a force is applied to the suture loop when the tensioning device is pulled proximally relative to the closure device, and wherein the distal end (3308, 3310) of the tensioning device moves distally relative to the tensioning device handle during pulling.
