The present invention relates to compositions and methods for treating hepatitis B virus infection. In particular, the present invention relates to a combination therapy comprising administration of a TLR7 agonist and an HBV capsid assembly inhibitor to treat a chronic hepatitis B patient.본 발명은 B형 간염 바이러스 감염을 치료하기 위한 조성물 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 만성 B형 간염 환자를 치료하기 위한 TLR7 작용제 및 HBV 캡시드 조립 억제제의 투여를 포함하는 병용 요법에 관한 것이다.
