Disclosed are an apparatus for fixing a sleeve of a trocar and a trocar assembly having the same. The apparatus for fixing a sleeve of a trocar according to the present invention includes: a fixed body vertically formed therein with a hollow portion therethrough, in which the sleeve of a trocar used upon laparoscopic surgery is inserted； and an adhesion film coupled along a lower edge of the fixed body so the hollow portion is opened, and adhering at a body of a patient. The adhesion film includes an adhesive layer attached to the body of a patient； and a support layer formed of a hardened material as compared with the adhesive layer, and laminated at a top side of the adhesive layer to be elastically modified. According to the present invention, the apparatus for fixing a sleeve of a trocar is fixed to the skin of the patient by the adhesion film, so the sleeve may be stably supported upon laparoscopic surgery. Particularly, the apparatus for fixing a sleeve of a trocar is attached to the skin with uniform force around the adhesive film by the supporting layer constituting the adhesive film. When the fixed body is pulled, the fixed body is uniformly pulled at the skin around the fixed body, so the sleeve is easily inserted into the fixed body to prevent an excessive weight from being applied to a side of the human body of a portion in which the sleeve is inserted.트로카용 슬리브 고정장치 및 이를 포함하는 트로카 조립체가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 트로카용 슬리브 고정장치는, 복강경 수술시 사용되는 트로카용 슬리브가 내부로 삽입되도록 세로방향으로 관통된 중공부가 형성되는 고정몸체； 및 중공부가 개방되도록 고정몸체 하측 테두리를 따라 결합되고 환자의 신체에 밀착되는 밀착필름을 포함하여 이루어지고, 밀착필름은, 환자의 신체에 부착되는 점착층； 및 점착층보다 경질(硬質)로 이루어져 점착층 상측에 적층되고 탄성변형 가능하게 이루어지는 지지층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 밀착필름에 의하여 고정장치가 환자의 피부에 고정되어 복강경 수술시 슬리브가 안정되게 지지될 수 있고, 특히 밀착필름을 구성하는 지지층에 의하여 밀착필름 둘레에서 고른 힘으로 피부에 부착되어 고정몸체가 지지되고, 고정몸체를 당길 때 고정몸체 주변 피부에서 균일하게 당겨지므로 고정몸체 내부로 슬리브의 삽입이 용이하게 이루어지며 슬리브가 삽입되는 부위의 신체 일측에 무리한 하중이 가해지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
