The present invention relates to an integrated method for correcting an eye vision and an integrated corneal photoablation system through shape correction (improvement of corneal distortion) in cooperation with curvature correction (elimination of a curvature error) of corneal in a layer eye vision correction field. In order to correct distortion of corneal, a thick portion of the corneal is cut in a designed shape by a predetermined method to reduce difference of thickness. Therefore, pressure, focused on a thin portion in a peripheral area of the corneal, is reduced. The curvature, generated by a procedure stated earlier, is combined with a curvature error, measured before the correction, to be recalculated. Afterwards, the curvature error is eliminated by performing photoablation on the corneal. In addition, the shape and the curvature of the corneal are corrected at the same time by a method for focusing eye pressure in the center of the corneal which has become thin by the photoablation.본 발명은 레이저 시력 교정술 분야로써, 각막의 곡률교정(곡률오차제거)와 연동되는 형태교정(각막왜곡개선)방법을 통한 통합 시력교정방법 및 통합 각막절삭시스템에 관한 것이다. 각막의 왜곡을 교정하기 위해, 각막 중 두꺼운 부위를 고안된 형태와 방법으로 절삭하여 두께 편차를 줄여 각막주변부 두께가 얇은 곳에 집중되어 있던 안압을 해소하고, 이때 발생되는 곡률은 교정 전에 측정된 곡률오차에 결합시켜 재 산정한 후 각막절삭을 실행하여 곡률오차를 제거하는 것은 물론, 절삭을 통해 얇아진 각막중심부로 안압을 집중시키는 방법을 통해 각막의 형태 및 곡률의 동시 교정을 실현하였다.
