A taste masked dosage form of pharmaceutical acceptable salt of escitalopram comprising (a) resin complex of pharmaceutical acceptable salt of escitalopram and cationic exchange resin or adsorbing or coating non-pareil seeds or inert particles with a mixture of pharmaceutically acceptable salt of escitalopram, cationic polymer and optionally other polymer(s) or loading non-pareil seeds or inert particles with pharmaceutically salt of escitalopram followed by polymer coating with cationic polymer and optionally other polymer(s) and (b) atleast one pharmaceutical excipient.Linvention concerne une forme posologique au goût masqué de sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable descitalopram comprenant (a) un complexe de résine dun sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable descitalopram et dune résine échangeuse dions cationique, ou ladsorption ou le revêtement de sphères de sucre ou de particules inertes dun mélange dun sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable descitalopram, dun polymère cationique et éventuellement dun ou plusieurs autres polymères, ou la charge de sphères de sucre ou de particules inertes dun sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable descitalopram, puis le revêtement par un polymère cationique et éventuellement un ou plusieurs autres polymères et (b) au moins un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable.
