A casing (1) for doors mounted in rooms provided with a disabled persons lifting and transport mechanism (M), the casing (1) including a perimetrical support frame (2) suitable to be firmly coupled with the side wall delimiting a compartment (V) made in the room. In this case, the upper head (3) of the perimetrical support frame (2) presents an open profile recess (4), square or variously shaped, facing the compartment (V) and suitable to at least partially house a guide rail (B) belonging to the lifting and transport mechanism (M) and installed in the ceiling of the room itself.
