Disclosed is a method for preparing a lyophilized powder for injection for promoting the secretion of estrogen using aloe and pseudo-ginseng, comprising the following steps: (1) mixing 50-99 parts of aloe powder and 1-50 parts of pseudo-ginseng powder to prepare a mixed aqueous solution with a ratio of 100 parts of the mixture being added to 2000 parts distilled water (2) stirring, until the mixture has completely dissolved, then standing overnight (3) filtering the mixture to obtain the supernatant (4) adding hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value to 6.3-6.5, sterilizing for 30 minutes by heating to 110-120°C, then naturally cooling (5) adjusting the pH value of the cooled solution to 4.2-4.5 with hydrochloric acid and ultrafiltering to obtain a drug-containing solution with a molecular weight cut off of ≤10000 Da and (6) dispensing into ampoules and lyophilizing.
