The invention relates to an antifreezing body structure and a fishpond antifreezing system using the same. The antifreezing body structure comprises an outer case, an insulation layer filled within the outer case, and a buoyancy layer disposed at a center of the insulation layer. The insulation layer is selectively made of a light, cold insulation material. The buoyancy layer is made of a buoyant material. Accordingly, a cold-insulating effect can be formed as water surface of a fishpond is covered with the antifreezing body structure of the invention, and problem of resulting in death of aquatic products that are not adapted to the abrupt temperature drop can be avoided.
