Pyrazinoquinazolinone derivatives with antibacterial activity, methods and uses thereof The present solution relates to medical compounds of formula I wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are independently selected from the following list: H, C1-C10 alkyl, C2-C10 alkenyl, C1-C10 aryl provided that R1 is equal to R3 or, R3 is equal to R4 and R2 is selected from the following list: C1-C10 alkyl or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, ester, solvate or prodrug thereof, for use in the treatment of bacterial infections. The disclosure relates to pyrazinoquinazolinone derivatives, in particular neofiscalin A and fiscalin C, with antibacterial activity, namely against Gram-positive bacteria.Linvention concerne des dérivés de pyrazinoquinazolinone avec une activité antibactérienne, leurs procédés et utilisations. La présente solution concerne des composés médicaux de formule I, où R1, R2, R3 et R4 sont choisis indépendamment dans la liste suivante : H, alkyle en C1-C10, alcényle en C2-C10, aryle en C1-C10 à condition que R1 soit égal à R3 ou que R3 soit égal à R4, et que R2 soit choisi dans la liste suivante : alkyle en C1-C10 ou un sel, ester, solvate ou promédicament pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, pour une utilisation dans le traitement dinfections bactériennes. Linvention concerne des dérivés de pyrazinoquinazolinone, en particulier le néofiscalin A et le fiscalin C, avec une activité antibactérienne, cest-à-dire contre des bactéries Gram positif.
